During this period, you can track the real-time status of your package by using the logistics tracking function on our website. Simply enter the corresponding tracking number to check the package’s location and transportation progress.
For example, if you place an order on Monday, we will complete the preparation and hand over the package to USPS by Tuesday or Wednesday. Starting from Wednesday (when the package enters USPS’s system), you will typically receive your items within the next 7 business days, with the latest arrival date being the following Wednesday.
Please note that the above timelines are estimated under normal circumstances. In practice, delays may occur due to unforeseen factors, such as severe weather affecting transportation, complex customs clearance procedures or unexpected issues, and package backlogs during peak logistics periods (e.g., holidays).
